Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of poTemplate.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service is provided by Shape Your Brand LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of Florida, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you create an account, you are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or generate fraudulent documents. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for suspected abuse.
3. Free tool and paid API
The web-based purchase-order generator is provided free of charge. Programmatic API access is metered and billed according to the plan you select. Included quotas do not roll over unless expressly stated.
4. Content and ownership
You retain all rights to the purchase-order content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to render and deliver a PDF you request). We do not use your content to train machine-learning models.
5. Fees, taxes and refunds
Fees are stated in United States Dollars unless indicated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Warranties disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Generated documents are templates; they are not legal or tax advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Shape Your Brand LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US Dollars (US$50) if no fees were paid.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance.
