The Service is operated by Shape Your Brand LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of Florida, United States.
1. Information we collect
Purchase order content you enter into the free web generator is processed in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly save a document to an account. If you create an account, we collect your email address, authentication identifiers and, where applicable, the content of purchase orders you choose to store. When you use the developer API, we log request metadata (timestamp, endpoint, status, IP address, API key identifier) for security and billing.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to operate and secure the Service, provide customer support, prevent abuse, meter API usage, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related notices. We do not sell personal information.
3. Analytics and cookies
We use a privacy-first analytics provider (SnapSello Insights) to measure aggregate page views and engagement. This provider is configured to collect only pseudonymous usage data and does not build cross-site advertising profiles. We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and to remember your language preference.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract necessity (to provide the Service you request), legitimate interests (to secure the Service and prevent fraud), consent (where required, for optional analytics), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Data sharing and subprocessors
We share information only with vetted subprocessors that host and operate the Service on our behalf (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics). We do not disclose your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, legal and audit purposes. API logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months. You may request deletion at any time.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, and audit logging. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure; we will notify affected users of confirmed incidents in accordance with applicable law.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16.
