Every plan gives you one shared monthly pool of POs. It doesn't matter whether the PO comes from the REST API or from clicking Save in the dashboard editor — each one uses 1 quota unit. The counter resets on the 1st of every month.

API requests return a 402 quota_exceeded response and manual saves in the dashboard show an upgrade prompt. Nothing is deleted — your existing POs remain accessible. Upgrade at any time to raise the limit immediately.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
